My appointment with Dr. Poole went well. Didn't have to wait. He saw me on time. The downside was having no writing tool to sign my name on the sample cup. The folks on the other side of the little door were non-responsive. It was my nurse looking for me that appeared in the little door to take my sample. Dr. Poole gets 5 stars. The people behind the silver door get 1 Star.
Dr Poole is great. My father has dementia and we appreciate his patience with my father. He also talks to my dad and not just me which makes my father feel respected because some drs only look and talk to me once I mention he has dementia and because I ask a lot of the questions. He also took the time to explain my father's diagnosis in a caring manner which was a stark difference from the dr that referred us to him (the other dr stood up while we wereasking questions and opened the door).
