We have a sun-room heating and air unit. We've been a Bryant customer for as long as we've lived at our current address, which is 25 years, but NO MORE! Our unit wasn't working, so we scheduled a service call with them. We were charged a service call, which we expected. The service technician told us that a part was bad. I had a electric heat pump unit replaced in my house. This was major purchase for my house. I was pleased with the whole process of my purchase; sales, installation, and the product. I was impressed with the customer service and integrity of everyone involved.
