My A/C that Bryan Installed 3 years ago, broke down on August 6, a Saturday. I waited until Monday morning to call for service. The motto "When Frying, Call Bryan" does not always apply. The secretary at 7:45am took all my info and at 8:30am, I called back to inquire why I never heard from anyone. They advised me that they did not have a call from my phone number.
