Miguel is a wonderful SERVICE TECH. Friendly, thorough, totally prepared. Yet another reason why Bryan’s United/Surgi’s/Southern Air is my only heating/air go-to in New Orleans.
Miguel was excellent! He was here within an hour of me placing the call. He worked diligently to find out why my unit was not cooling properly. He found the issue , fixed it, and we now have cool air! Miguel is very caring and professional. What a great technician!
My 1yr old , new unit has a Freon leak. Was charged twice and is hot again in 3 days. It’s 78 degrees in here and after two repair calls, I am waiting for southern air to get a part to replace my coiling system . Hopefully tomorrow morning we will be cool again. Hopefully they initiate the call and I don’t have to remind them again….to be continued.
Technician Barry very professional took pictures and explained what was wrong Explained with pictures problems with outside unit. All needed to be changed Explained everything he did. Highly recommend Barry if you need help
