I was seen by Bryan Medical Center in Broken Bow Jennie Melham Memorial Medical Center less than a month ago. I received three collection letters from Professional Choice Recovery in regards to the three visits. Never received a medical bill from Bryan. Called Professional Choice Recovery who demanded that I pay them now or offered a convenient four month payment plan. Pretty upset that they barely wait a month to send to collections. Poor service, rude nurses. I just got released from the emergency room and the nurse that came in to give me my papers turned the light on all the way up and I have a concussion I asked her to turn the light off as she continued to ignore me and try to hand me my papers. I couldn’t see anything. She set my papers down didn’t explain anything, and walked out. You guys need to do better at your hospital because this was the worst service I’ve ever had.
Father-in-law has back surgery here. Nice facility, courteous staff, and comfortable surroundings.
Never a correct diagnosis. Dirty and lots of mistakes made by nurses one happened to me. East is no better.
