Staff is friendly and knows everyone by name. They make you feel welcome and comfortable while providing excellent care.
The staff is always so helpful and friendly. By the care they take of you, you can tell they are truly concerned about their patients.
My visit was great as always. Have been coming to Holland so long it feels like family. The staff is always upbeat and could not be friendlier.
The people here are very professional and do an excellent job in caring for their patients. They are always courteous and kind to patients. One suggestion would be to recognize/reward those patients who willing switch appointments at your request and who patiently wait over 15 minutes for the office to open!
