Sarah Williams is a very kind and professional individual, and I have been her patient for a couple of years. However, I find dealing with the scheduling staff very frustrating. I dislike calling and speaking with them, as they are often rude when calling and when I attend appointments. I’m actively searching for a new clinic, but most places are booked out for months.
Bryan West attempt to prescribe me 2 medications that my medication history would have shown, had it been verified. I wish they would hire people with compassion and not just prescribing several people in the room the same medication. Research help. Bryan isn’t it!
This is the only review I have ever left I don’t like leaving bad reviews because I understand that there are genuinely people that care about this topic but I didn’t feel this way on my visit. I was forcibly stopped from clonazepam and amitriptyline. It was irresponsible and inhumane. Anyone taking a benzodiazepine as prescribed is going to go through agony if they do not do a safe,slow tapper. It's pure torture. I now am 11 months out and have BIND. I had to rely on YouTube for support because the medical community will not help.
The providers here absolutely do not care about your issues. Your appointment lasts about ten mins long with them telling you passively aggressive things and treating you like you’re just a dime a dozen. You have to put in a million requests for your prescription before it’s ever filled. The providers are only there about three days of the week and their team doesn’t respond to anything.
