Extremely pleased we chose Dr. Few as our primary care physician. At our first visit we were impressed with her care, knowledge and the commitment she showed in making sure we stayed healthy.
Somehow in the last couple months the office/front of house staff have dropped the ball in being available for any sort of call or trying to pass it off to a messaging system when attempting to call in to set up an appointment. Just spent 35 minutes waiting for someone to answer and had to hang up. Will have to find a doctor elsewhere despite enjoying my doctor at this location.
I was gonna have my husband go here but literally no one answered the phone for 24 minutes while I sat on hold and the first time I tried to call I waited 10 minutes for someone to answer before I hung up. Nobody has answered and I’ve spent already 34 minutes of my life wasted 34 minutes of my life on this place. Unacceptable. The least you could do is make it so a person could leave a message completely unacceptable
