My wife and I had to get a termite inspection and were upsold termite bait at a heafty price of over $1,000. A year later they send us a bill for $300 to maintain the warranty which we denied. Thirty minutes later there's a rep in our yard pulling the bait boxes out. No one ever told us about having to maintain any warranty or we wouldn't of bought the product. Bad business, very misleading, and high price. Avoid this company like the plague!
As a homeowner in Florida is so important, I am so pleased with their service so far. I am suprised by how fair the staff at Bryans Pest Control are, keeping your pocketbook and your family in mind. The receptionist was kind, patient, and helpfull. Our exterminator, John, was punctual, polite, and very helpful. Bottom line they did a great job and effortless to work with. I'll def be staying on with them in the future.
We just had our house sprayed for roaches and the guy came early and very great and going to start having him come annually to spray so very glad to start using Bryan pest control
I love the staff at Bryan. Carolyn in the office couldn't be any nicer. John, the technician came out to our house and found that we had left an extra $20 in the envelope for him. He called me to ask where I wanted him to leave it. He could have easily kept it and no one would have known. I will use this company from now on.
Prompt service, fair prices excellent pest control. I highly recommend Bryan Pest Control!
