Found a truck we really liked. Salesman told us checking for one in other location. He would have here in two days. Never heard from him again. We went and bought a Toyota instead!
Excellent parts department! Came here to get a spare key made and programmed after getting the run around at Best Chevrolet! Didn't try to take advantage of me and put my truck in the shop for no reason and had my key ready and working in ten minutes flat! Going to Bryan Chevy for now on!
They took advantage of my daughter-in-law who brought her vehicle in for a recall part! They charged her $100.00 and still did not fix the recall! The money is for the diagnostic test they ran!! She signed the paper stating the The check engine light was on like they asked her. Yes it was on because of the RECALL!!!Then She received a letter in the mail about the recall... We have received the WOREST service ever from this service department. We have a Volt, we love this car, it was brought in for updates and maintenance last Thursday. We picked the car up on Friday and had no problems until Wednesday July 21, of this week when it wouldn't start after I left work. It took a call to the Volt Center in Detroit to get it running again. We immediately took it back to the service center to find out what happened. For 2 days they did nothing to our car. DONT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!!! BE WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!!While at Bryan Subaru all of my stereo equipment was stolen and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. And all I was there for was a recalled airbag.THEY TREATED ME AND MY CAR LIKE GARBAGE!!!!
Really need to fix the phone system. Hours of operation say you are open but answering service says closed. Real aggrivating trying to make an appointment Found out they don't take appointments first come first serve but handled very well when I got there.
