We purchased a used car from there, the day after we brought it home it poured out all of the on my driveway. Brought car back to dealer, was told filter was not put on correctly-\-\they fixed it within 12 hours. Car still under warranty. 3 weeks later, seat will not move forward and vehicle is leaking oil and dripping water ( a.c?) on inside floor board. Worst car buying experience ever. Bought a certified preowned 2017 Chevrolet Sonic with 2600 miles. I later found out the car was previously wrecked and not repaired. The staff at Bryan were horrible to deal with. They just kept passing me off to different people promising some options to resolve the situation. I finally got an option when I started dealing with the owner. I bought a used car over the internet from Bryan Chevrolet. I worked with Mo. I was nervous as you can imagine, but it all went well and the car was exactly as described. Now it is not like buying something online.. it took about 2-3 weeks and several back and forth calls, sending and receiving documents to sign etc. They also handled the car transport pickup professionally.
