Best workout facility in Lincoln and I've been to most facilities in Lincoln over 15 years. Exercise cycle, treadmills etc. with a dozen TVs/earphone sound. Big weight room. Basketball court. The warm pool is excellent for rehab and recovery. Also lap pool. Staff is tops.
I have gotten a prenatal and couples massage here and have no complaints, very calm, soothing, relaxing atmosphere
I love this place. Not only is the spa amazing but the staff is friendly and always willing to help. I have been doing individual sessions with Kimberly and she is fantastic. The facility is amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
My fiancé and I love going to Bryan Lifepointe, we have been members for over a year. The whole staff is very friendly. The classes are excellent and included in the membership. The facility is in tip-top shape and is always clean, and well managed. My favorite thing about Bryan Lifepointe is being able to enter in all the exercise I do.
