The instructors are amazing. They give it their all, they push you to be your best and get the most out of each class. They are my workout family..... Body pump with Joel , Pam , Karla and Jen is so addicting. I can’t miss it.. These guys are so dedicated and fun. Zumba with Christie and Sarah is always an absolute rush. Dancing with them is like therapy....
