Dr Gardner was amazing. On the other hand his nurses are a hot mess. They could start by not lying to patients and doing things right the first time. They made a mess of my insurance and now I HAVE to fix their mistakes. They admit they made the mistake, admit that they lied, but it is my problem. Now I have to go through a lot of red tape to fix their mistakes. If they make mistakes with insurance, what kind of mistakes do they make with one of the most vital organs in the body? Not trustworthy at all.
The facility and staff are top notch! Everyone I encountered here was great. Thank you all for making a great effort to make me comfortable.
