I've taken several of Bryan's Master classes, and I loved them All . They were so amazing, and he was so authentic. Last year I completed his teacher training, and I can say that in 40 years, I think that was the best thing I have ever done for myself! Highly recommend anything with Bryan Kest!
I was lucky enough to have taken Bryan's class on Long Island in New York tonight. I've been doing his DVDs for 20 years now, which I love and will continue to do. Bryan is the best! Very inspirational!! Thank you for a memory of a lifetime I will never forget!!
Truly a life changing practice. I have been a follower for several years. This is what yoga is about. You'll get an ass kicking, you'll get in great shape, but all that is just side effects for the real benefit. Just go to the class. And if you can't make it in person, try it online. You will learn a ton about what yoga really is.
Life changing. I found Bryan about 3 years ago and feel as if he is part of my family. I am so excited about Online teacher training. Everyday I say upon awakening to the Universe please let Bryan Kest start an online teacher training program. Please!
