Dropped in over get away weekend. I always look forward to trying new studios as part of my vacation. BKPY has a warm studio nestled into dowtown area clad in beautiful wood and greenery. Andres and Bryan are both inspiring instructors that make you laugh and sweat at the same time. I really dig the optional donation system. Thank you!
I've tried different yoga sessions all over but I keep coming back to power yoga because it's authentic. No weights, no music, no egos, just simply focusing on a spiritual sense of what yoga really is about. I feel rejuvenated physically, mentally and spiritually.
I was vacationing in LA and wanted an opportunity to go to Brian's studio. I practice with his brother Jonny in Michigan. The teacher was so gifted with a beautiful energy. I floated the entire day after I left the studio full of love and peace. It was an incredible experience.....
