This is the only review I have ever left I don’t like leaving bad reviews because I understand that there are genuinely people that care about this topic but I didn’t feel this way on my visit. I was forcibly stopped from clonazepam and amitriptyline. It was irresponsible and inhumane. Anyone taking a benzodiazepine as prescribed is going to go through agony if they do not do a safe,slow tapper. It's pure torture. I now am 11 months out and have BIND. I had to rely on YouTube for support because the medical community will not help.
The providers here absolutely do not care about your issues. Your appointment lasts about ten mins long with them telling you passively aggressive things and treating you like you’re just a dime a dozen. You have to put in a million requests for your prescription before it’s ever filled. The providers are only there about three days of the week and their team doesn’t respond to anything. They got mad at me for crying about my rape that happened the day before and threatened to not let me see my parents at age 13
I am leaving the country for almost 3 months and I requested they refill my prescription for a 90-day instead of the usual 30-days. I would not have figured an appointment was necessary, but they insisted an appointment was required. Unfortunately, I only have 4 business days until I have to leave the country and our schedules could not align to make an appointment. They suggested I must go without medicine then.
