Very impressed with Bryan Heart and Dr. Keith Miller. The patient care was top notch and staff was excellent. Well Done!!
Not all in the emergency bad but I took my baby to the emergency and we waited for 1 hour to get room, then my baby kept crying for almost 45 min no one show up I asked one of the nurses about the situation then my baby nurse show up and asked what’s going on? I told her is there any doctor to see my baby or going to different hospital? She said yes I can bring the paperwork and you do check out ? She can say” I will try to talk to the doctor or just be patient” but she is not How she’s been a nurse???
The staff you have is exceptional.
I was in ER 5 hours then telling me their keeping me . Waiting for a room, 10 minutes later telling me I have to spend the night in a er room. Good bye.
