Dr. Hall removed a neuorma in my left foot in November of 2017. Three months later it grew back. Dr. Hall said "I guess I didn't bury the nerve deep enough". I was given 2 options: receive an injection every 2 weeks (7 times) or remove the neuorma surgically. I was hopeful the injections would correct the problem. They were very painful, and in the end, did not work. The surgery was my only option. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected by a doctor. I previously saw another doctor but couldn’t get in with them. Bryan came in and instead of getting to know me and having a two way conversation, he talked at me and assumed to know everything about me by reading my medical chart. Disregarded the treatments we have already tried and suggested something we tried months ago. Did not give me an option or a say in my treatment plan.
