Very good intelligent doctor. He cares about his patients and goes out of his way to help patients feel better. He is an advocate for his patients. I'm admitted to the hospital, and they were trying to discharge me, but Dr. Hess stepped in and gave them a treatment plan which would require them to take additional tests. which they had denied previously.
