I spoke with 2 different men at this dealership and asked if there had been any smokers in this vehicle. I was told no by both. This location is 3 hours from my residence. I wasted an entire day to drive there to find this vehicle had a smokers package and smelled awful as well as cigerette holes everywhere on the seats and carpet. Needless to say I was not very happy. Very dissatisfied.
I was met at the dealership by Carrie who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was given the keys and test drove the vehicle. However, determined the vehicle was not going to work for me. They were understanding and I felt I could return in the future and receive the same great service. Thank you!
