I love your food but just noticed that you fry you waffle fries in Peanut Oil... Do you use that for cooking all the waffles? If not, are the waffles cooked close to where you cook the fries w/peanut oil? Many people are highly allergic to nuts, so why would you cook with Peanut oil? I was going to take a friend out for her birthday to the HB restaurant on 3/5/14 but she's allergic to nuts.... What can she eat?? We might not go now.....
