Professors to have some ice cream me and my aunt was sitting at Bruster's just talking the man turns the radio up blasted real loud I don't know if he would that was our key to go but I thought that was rude you know then he was like oh my boss wanted us to turn the music up that sounds Petty by the time we got to our car he had turned the music down I bet you I won't go back there again. And ice cream is my favorite favorite this happened on Main Street in Lancaster in Reynoldsburg Ohio

Went to Bruster’s  on Transit last summer when it first opened and the ice cream was phenomenal. I had the chocolate truffle with raspberry and the peanut butter with buckeyes. I had it in a waffle cone and it was very large. I have been there twice this summer and have been disappointed both times. A much smaller waffle cone, and the ice cream had very little peanut butter, raspberry and chocolate in it. They’re really skimping on ingredients now

Both teen girls that worked tonight are completely unprofessional!!! My order was wrong after it was called back to me twice by the server, when we were given the ice cream both girls began screaming. One said did you kill it, I’m clocking out while the other attempted to kill what I gather was a roach. I asked her what was wrong and she said nothing. I watched her kill or attempt to kill something and she still handed me ice cream next to where she killed something. I took the ice cream and just threw it away. I was complet... read more
