Ice cream was great !! Service was mediocre. The free baby cone for our granddaughter was a nice touch but there wasn't enough ice cream in it to make it worth it - I see why it was free but I would have rather paid for one for her. Didn't want to get back in that long line though so let her eat ours. Nice place but not sure if we will be back. Kinda pricey
This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. After standing in line and watching the three employees taking out trash and 'cleaning' they finally decided to help the customers. When the female made my kids a dirt cup and proceeded to handle all the food with bare hands, she never even washed her hands after handling the trash. This place is a dump. It needs to be shut down.
Ice cream tastes good but is never really frozen - always really soft and melts very quickly. It seems like the freezers are just set to a high temperature and not a deep freeze setting like other ice cream shops. That isn't what earned the 2 star rating, it's the high schooler customer service level. You can barely get your order out of your mouth before they are gone!
