Workers were given 3 opportunities to open the public restroom for an emergency by a 9 year old child, and refused. We were paying customers, but will not give them any business again after they put a child in an embarrassing situation and ruined a night out with grandpa.

My wife and I were in Lakeland on Saturday June 20th and we were looking for a ice cream place to take our grandchildren she found Bruster's in Lakeland she called for directions and a very mannerly young man directed us to the location. We encountered the most amazing customer service I've had in quite some time not to mention the great ice cream, I didn't get the name of the young man and lady who were working that day but our hats are off to them for the outstanding and amazing customer service that they displayed. Love this place! Great place for a family treat!
A bit disappointed tonight, asked for a scoop/small Pistachio ice cream tonight & got 2 tablespoons of soft ice cream. since we ordered 2 of the same it came to over 7 dollars. after handling our money, this person then grabbed our cups to put the ice cream in it!!🙄😫
Delicious ice cream but it never fails, whenever we go to have ice cream (or even just to get a gift card), the wait is SO long. There is only ever 1-2 employees working the window. Makes us think twice about stopping. If they would open more windows, and have more people taking care of customers, I would change the rating to a 5�.
