Well yesterday was my male Pomeranian birthday so me and my daughter took Paris and Rome for a doggie sundae and we also had waffle cones, they have the best ice cream the BUTTER PECAN is to die for love it and they also look out for your 4 legs family member
Great staff every time I go by there with my granddaughter (about every other week). Different crew every time but the service is the same. We look forward to our visits!
Last time visiting tonight. Ordered two scoops of ice cream and got one clump (not solid) and when I asked/told them I ordered two and not one. Was told that was two and dish was larger. Same w folks I was with, but they had ordered waffle bowl.

Sorry that you are upset with your visit. I know we had to make a few ice cream flavors today. Think it was around 22 flavors we made just today. So, you probably received a freshly made ice cream flavor and they can be softer when first made, but should taste the same. If you ordered two scoops with an extra topping was the ice cream placed in a bigger cup size? That is usually how we handled those type orders.
