RecommendedThis is some GENUINELY GREAT STUFF.And FRESH-MADE. All dairy is better when FRESH.I do wish they kept malted milk to make MALTS, as well as shakes, and would keep the current selection of flavors updated on their FB page

Went last weekend to get ice cream for my wife’s 90+ year old grandparents before they went back to Haiti. When I got to the window I had to pay 3 separate times (with a toddler in the back seat) because the 2 employees couldn’t communicate across a 20 ft distance. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the male employee kept telling me it wasn’t his fault while female employee yelled at him instead of helping the situation as she was clearly the senior employee. Awesome shakes, great ice cream.
Besides the ice cream, Kayla was the best part of our experience this afternoon! She went above and beyond to meet our requests, which made for the most fun visit! She was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Love Bruster’s and awesome staff like Kayla!
