I drove 20 min. tonight to redeem the birthday coupon you emailed me that offers a free waffle cone at your Bruce B. Downs location in Tampa, FL. The coupon says to present on a tablet or smart phone, or print the coupon. I used my smart phone like the coupon reads and your clerk told me his manager really prefers to get the printed copy and he might get in trouble for giving away a free waffle cone! Really?!! What a waste of 40 min! I am very unhappy with Brusters' customer service.
