The staff is so nice and the locals perfect!!
The staff here is top-notch. Management is super responsive and easy to talk to—they actually listen and follow up. Maintenance is just as great. I’ve submitted a couple of work orders and they were handled faster than I expected. The property is always well-kept and feels really safe. You can tell they take pride in how they run things here.
I’ve never written a bad review before, but I believe I’ve been more than patient. We moved out on February 28, 2025, and as of today (June 3, 2025), I have still not received our refund check from the security deposit. There has been no close-out statement, no explanation, and no check — despite multiple follow-ups. This is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable given how much time has passed. Today I was frustrated with an online new payment center.I called Bianca,Manager that I wasn't getting in,so she said to stop by,which I did.Bianca was so pleasant in helping me.She was having little trouble herself doing it,but she was so patient,we were also laughing about it.Well,she got in,and then showed me the rest of it,and also log out,log back in to make sure that it was set up.Thank you Bianca,your awesome,and it's always a pleasure coming to you for help for almost about anything,at anytime,except your lunch,lol.I... read more
