wow! interesting! looks like the female vet at this clinic is a flash point. no thanks. i'll go elsewhere. thanks for the heads up. i'm taking my new puppy somewhere else.
Customer service at it's best! After living in RR for over 20 years, a few years ago I found the vet I will stick with until I move or do not own any animals. The staff is very nice and accommodating, both Dr.'s care and take the time to explain what they are doing and how they came about their decision. I'm a question asker and I was satisfied with all their detailed answers! Another pro is their scheduling, they have very flexible hours for those working pet owners They are truly pet lovers and it shows!
i love this clinic have been taking my own dogs as well as my groups rescue dogs to Dr Naylor for about 9 years. I would never EVER go to any other vet clinic. They are wonderful and Dr Naylor know's when not to give certain vaccinations that other vets just give because they know their client will not question what their vet does. Brushy Creek Vet Clinic keeps up to date on what is going on in the vet world!!! Fantastic Vets! I have been using Brushy Creek Vet since I moved from out of state 3 1/2 years ago. We have seen both Dr. Pratt and Dr. Naylor many times with our cats and dog and they have both been thorough in their exams and in explaining everything to me. We have also had to put 2 animals to sleep in this timeframe and found them very caring and supportive. Brenda the office manager is great too and it's obvious everyone that works there loves animals.
Comment rebuttal As the owner of Brushy Creek Vet clinic, I can only state that Vincent C. is not accurately stating the facts. Due to confidentiality issues, we are not at liberty to share those facts but rest assured that my associate is friendly, caring and very professional in her dealings with our clients. We have numerous clients who request her preferentially.
Very Nice and Reasonably Priced There are a few vets in my area and this one is every bit as nice and cheaper than the other vets in the area. I really like the vet. He is very knowledgable and has always answered all my questions...no matter how silly.
