Not super happy with female doctor The office staff at Brushy Creek is very friendly and very helpful. I was less impressed with the female vet. She wasn't very helpful and made me feel like I was a bad "parent" to my animal. I did have to take my animal back to Brushy Creek a few weeks later, and I met with the male veterinarian. His demeanor was much more pleasant and he was very helpful. If I choose to go back, which I most likely won't, I will request that I meet with the male doctor.
Wrong Clinic Reviewed? I just wanted to respond to Bill R's review of this clinic. I actually work for Brushy Creek Veterinary Clinic and I am afraid that he may have us mixed up with another clinic off Great Oaks Drive. We are located on hwy 620 by the Round Rock Skating Rink. If he is incorrect, we would appreciate it If he would retract his statements.
Pet Lovers The vets at Brushy Creek Veterinary Clinic definitely love pets. They always awe and ooh over our pet and make me glad I brought my pet there. I love that it always feels, smells, and looks fresh and clean inside. The vet rooms are very small but maneagable as long as you don't bring a ton of kids with you.
WONDERFUL-GREAT CLINIC I was new to Brushy Creek and had to put my cat to sleep. The clinic staff was very understanding and professional and helped me though the hard decision. Dr. Naylor was amazing!! We take our other animals there on a regular basis and I have been nothing but impressed with how they treat us and our animals. Highly recommended!!!
Talk to Owner-Manager I do not go to this clinic but Forest Creek and they are great. I have gone there for years and had a problem with a female vet also. Having had experience with assessment of reactions of people, I felt this female vet had to be "more powerful" or "powerful as or knowedgeable as the males or the ones that had been there longer because of the remarks she made. She told me my dog might have relaxed patellas which they had never been diagnosised for five years and I have owned the breed for twenty years. P... read more
Great Caring Vet & Vet Techs We started using Brushy Creek Clinic when our Yorkie got sick a couple of years ago. I called and was immediately able to get him in (which was great since other places suggested I take him to the Emergency Clinic). The staff was eager to rush him in and administer the care he needed. The waiting area is very small and cramped and it's on a busy stretch of road but it's worth every effort. Ozzie made it through his illness with the loving care he received from the staff and I thank them!
Hateful towards small dogs I moved to Round Rock 2 years ago and needed a vet so I decided to try Brushy Creek Vet Clinic. I visited once and decided to never return. The waiting room was cramped and the female veterinarian was extremely rude. It was obvious that she doesn't care for small dogs because she kept making comments that were anything but nice.
