I am very disappointed in this salon. I am from Ohio and was in Summerville for my granddaughter's wedding. My daughter made this appointment months ago. It was for 10 a.m Dec. 28. We sat in front and waited they were to open at 10. Another woman came and her appt. was at 10:15. Still no Pam. We had to be at a luncheon at 11:30 so we left. Pam called my daughter and she had over-slept. Really a hair stylist that comes in at 10 a.m. My daughter was able to get into another hair stylist. I give this salon a zero star.

Hi Barbara, I am so sorry about the bad experience that you had. Their really was no excuse for what happened to you. I (Nicole the owner) was in another state and was trying to do everything I could to remedy the problem from states away. I had another stylist trying to hurry and get to the salon to take care of you but she was coming from Walterboro (about an hour away). I was trying my hardest to reschedule something for you with your daughter to take care of the issue as fast as possible. I just felt absolutely horrible ... read more
Samantha Hill is the best! She's an outstanding hairdresser as well as a beautiful person inside and out.
Krystal did an amazing job on my daughter's and my hair today! My 15 year old daughter is very hard to please and Krystal caused her to smile the rest of the day because she loved her pixie cut so much!!! It was a much needed change and we are so thrilled with the results!

Pam does an amazing job with my hair every time I see her! She is the best hairstylist around! Don't miss out on a chance to let her work her magic with your hair! She does my daughters hair also and I wouldn't go anywhere else to cut my babies hair! Friendly and professional environment!
