It is fully equipped with onsite laboratory and X-ray to handle many injuries and illnesses normally treated in hospital based emergency rooms. Open 7 days and appointments are never needed.

I had an amazing experience at Brunswick Urgent Care! The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, but Dr. Cynthia Hackbart truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions—even when I asked more than a typical patient probably would. young receptionist has no idea what she is doing. as someone who has been a patient here, ive never experienced someone declining my insurance for no reason when i had a physical copy and she said its active but we can’t use it because they aren’t gonna pay for it. actually unbelievable, i was waiting for an hour and kept wondering when they would call me back but its because the receptionist was not doing it. very frustrating that she was saying i’d have to pay $125 for my visit when i should’ve just been paying a co pay.
I have been here before and usually have been satisfied. Howver, my visit on 8-19-2025 was not a good one. For starters, the assistant who came in before the doctor came into see me first and from my perspective, she had no idea what she was doing. For starters, I gave her a list of my medications and some of them she had no idea what they were. Called to see if the took my insurance and the desk picked up and hung up without saying anything. Definitely was unprofessional. Called back and they told the phone off the hook!
