I went to Urgent Care and was seen by APN Alessandra Vernice. By far the best drs visit I have experienced in years. RN Vernice took the time to listen to all my symptoms and then explained what options for care are available. She doesn’t rush the visit and prioritizes understanding the patient’s concerns over getting things over with quickly. By far the best healthcare professional I have experienced at that location. Career doctors should get examination tips and bedside manners from her. Thank you so much!
They really need to work on communication. Since when do they NOT give written instructions on follow-up care or how/when to take prescribed medications? I was in recently with an apparent upper respiratory infection. They gave me a steroid shot and said they'd send in scripts to my pharmacy. I heard Steroid and Inhaler. No paperwork, no instructions. I pick up the scripts at my pharmacy and get home to find a hand-written instruction on the lable of the inhaler, however illegible. I still don't know what it means or what it... read more
The staff and the doctor were very professional, polite and efficient. The front desk was fantastic and the facility was neat and clean. I highly recommend Brunswick Urgent Care.
