My wife and I went to Brunswick Urgent Care to get checked after an overseas trip with flu symptoms. We were treated very well and wanted to share the great experience we had from all staff members. Thanks to all and if we are in need again we will make sure to stop by.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have been fighting an ear infection I think for a month. First time they misdiagnosed it. Second time whatever meds they gave me didn’t work. 3rd time I walked in and walked out. Every time I come In it’s pay me. I wouldn’t have a problem paying you if you actually helped me. Zero starts! Lady in the front said it’s my choice to go somewhere else. And what a great idea that is since it’s now the 3rd time I’m back with the same pain same problem. Literally never disputed the charge. Needed stitches and they were able to get me in and out in under an hour. I would like to mention Marta specifically. She had a great bedside manner and when I started getting faint, she immediately went into action and provided me with the best care an urgent care could. My only complaint is that I was offered a blue raspberry lollipop, but it was actually a root beer flavoured one. I will continue to use this practice, but hopefully I won’t need to
