My husband is not computer savvy and asked for assistants. The rude receptionist said if it was for a million dollars would be able to do it.. he was in pain and didn't have his reading glasses w him. He walked out and went to a much friendlier and more professional care facility. Your receptionist is the face of your business and needs to learn how to care for patients especially in the medical field. Shame on her.

Sean the APN was fantastic. He made me feel better in a time i felt terribleeee. i recommend Brunswick Urgent care to anyone who wants quality treatment from people with great bedside manner.
I went to this urgent care for an injury, and they took X-rays but misdiagnosed my fracture as a sprain. I trusted their professional evaluation, but later found out I actually had a fracture, which delayed proper treatment and caused unnecessary pain and complications. Now, because of this delay, I need surgery. It is unacceptable that they missed a fracture even with X-rays. Patients deserve accurate care, and this has caused me a lot of stress and health issues I could have avoided.
