I had a very disappointing experience at East Brunswick Urgent Care regarding treatment for my tennis elbow. I went there expecting proper care and professional treatment, but unfortunately I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The doctor gave me a different type of injection than I expected, and the procedure did not seem to be done carefully or professionally. The docs and PA’s are great, but don’t bother making an appointment. They’ll have you wait 40 minutes anyway. Very poor customer service.
While the service was quick, I realize now it was quick because these providers are not thorough at all. I thought it was weird that my provider didn’t even ask me if I had any allergies or allergies to any medication‘s before prescribing me something. I came in for an ear issue and when I picked up my prescription, I noticed that it said very explicitly that the medicine was for eyes.
