I had a great experience at Brunswick Urgent Care! II have been coming for years, everyone who works here are so nice and polite. Dr Sean, was wonderful and caring and gives me a sense of calmness. He was incredible patient and attentive taking the time to answer all of my questions. Thank you so much, Brunswick Urgent Care, and Dr Sean for taking care of me, my kids and my husband!!!🥰🙏
Beware that they take your credit card to be on file, and will charge it for their services without any notification even if you have great insurance and there is a hic up on their end. In our case, we just saw they charged our card for a visit we had 3 months ago. We called the insurance BCBS (same for years and hasn't changed) who confirmed they paid for their services, we have the check number, date paid, claim etc. Called them and they said the insurance had denied the claim because of coordination of benefits, which is ... read more
