Brunswick Kidds has always gone above and beyond for my kids. I have NEVER had a bad experience with this group. They Afros caring, fun, and knowledgeable.
I wish more time was spent cleaning my child's teeth especially by the dentists and that it did not feel like she was being rushed out. Also, a balloon is great instead of prizes afterwards.
The staff is so friendly and my daughter absolutely loves going here. The whole process is pretty seemless and typically in a half hour we are finished. Great customer service.
I would recommend Brunswick Kidds Dental to anyone looking for a dentist for their child. This place is like no other that I have ever been to. Very sincere and caring, kid objective atmosphere. Even though my grandson was not a patient of Dr. Brittany Heffernan's she was so wonderful, she personally called me back on a Saturday afternoon when we urgently needed to find a Pediatric Dentist for my grandson. This was my daughter's very first dental appointment and the staff at Brunswick Kidds were so wonderful that she was completely comfortable!
We had a great experience and went here for a third opinion after not having good experiences elsewhere. Prior to going to this office, other pediatric dentists told me I needed to stop breastfeeding my child because of tooth decay, and blamed nursing as the only cause, which I did not believe to be true. However, at Brunswick kidds everyone there said they would never tell anyone to stop nursing and were much more educated about tooth decay and offer current ideas and research.
