My 4 1/2 year old was having issues on a Saturday and I called the office. The receptionist was very friendly and scheduled me for the first appointment on Monday morning. She was more than willing to call the Dr for an emergency visit but gave me some recommendations of possibilities of what we could do. You did it again! this visit was the 1st for my almost 3 year old and I was very worried. I had no idea how he would react since he has a huge fear of doctors, but not at Brunswick Kidds. He did amazing because YOU are amazing. The staff is wonderful, so patient, fun and entertaining. I can't thank you enough for giving my little man a wonderful experience for his first visit.
Carly is so friendly and gentle with children. We LOVE Dr. Milton! He always looks us in the eye, is very warm and reassuring.
We recently took our 5 week old daughter for a tongue and lip tie release. Dr. Milton took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. He was great with our daughter and the procedure was quick. The office staff was great and spent a lot of time with us. Lisa, the lactation consultant, was very thorough and so nice. I highly recommend this office. Even though it is almost an hour drive from us we will likely use him as our daughter's dentist when she is older.
Staff is kind and great with kids.
everyone is cheerful and smiles which makes my 5 yr old daughter very comfortable. Also watch person talked to her and explained what was going to happen, which helped make her feel part of the experience.
Dr. Brittany and the entire office staff were wonderful! She provided easy to understand post procedure written instructions as well as a demonstration for after care. They even gave my 3 year old a balloon while she waited for her sister's appointment to be over. I also appreciate the ease of booking an appointment online.
When learning that my 5-day old infant had a severe tongue and lip tie by my lactation consultant, she recommended Brunswick Kidds to look into the laser procedures. I called the next day and was able to get an appt. within 24 hours and same day procedure. Dr. Brittany was wonderful, super knowledgable, and immediately set two first-time parents at ease. Yesterday, my son and I had just a consultation and look around the Brunswick Kidds office, as we were considering it as a new pediatric dental practice for my son. I could not have been more impressed with the preparation, warmth, soft voices and caring nature of every single member of the staff we passed by.
