We've lived here for over a year and we are not happy. This is our third brand new house and it's without a doubt the worst quality build by far. Not long after we moved in we started noticing cracks in the corners of the walls and cracks in the ceiling. We also had cracks where the walls meet the ceiling. We were told to wait awhile before having them fixed just in case they got worse. We finally had them fixed only to have them come back. If I could give 0 stars, then I would. I’ve never had buyers remorse more in my life than in the last year dealing with the house I purchased from DR Horton in Brunson landing. I’ve put in continuous warranty requests with little or zero follow up, my 6 month and 1 year warranty walk through were completely forgotten except for myself jumping through hoops to “get on the schedule”. They still have yet to actually complete the 1 year warranty process and have just not followed up with myself/the customer. DR Horton might be “... read more

Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process and they were always available for us and answered any questions we had! Kristi is also an amazing superintendent who helped make sure our house was in tip top shape when we moved in! There was so much information during our walk through but she made sure we were well informed and taken care of. We are so happy to start our next journey here and can’t thank everyone involved enough!
