Service is always professional and Dr. Bruns is a great surgeon. He has performed 3 surgeries on shoulder and knee and I have been very satisfied.
Great bedside manners. He was open to me having my husband on the phone as we when over what was wrong and the plan going forward. Dr Bruns answered extra questions I had of concerns and reinsured me about partial knee surgeries.
His patience. His medical expertise. Excellent physician!
I have been seeing Dr. Bruns since 2003. He is easy to work with, explains things in a way that you can understand. He is open to suggestions. Also as busy as he is setting up an appointment in a timely manner rather easy.
I am pleased with the results of my initial visit with Dr. Brad Bruns; and I am satisfied with his recommendation for physical therapy twice a week for about 6 weeks to help alleviate tension and tightness in my leg muscles caused by arthritis in my lower back.
He has replaced both of my knees and both hips. He is a very kind and caring Doctor always follows threw by seeing you after surgery. We love Dr. Bruns he is the best.
He was great...however zero follow-up as far as anyone calling to schedule required surgery. It has been longer than 2 weeks, called 3 times and never a return call.
I had my left hip replaced. Dr. Bruns has great bedside manner, has a great sense of humor, made my shorter left leg the same length as the right during my procedure, and took the time to answer every one of my questions. I hope my body holds together and I won't have to go back to him for any further issues. I almost wish he was a family doctor so he could be my primary care. LOL!
