Absolutely the Rudest people ever. Called to find out how far out they were scheduling people like my doctor requested. They were very short and refused to even tell us. This is a shining example of how NOT to treat prospective patients. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!
Just sit on the phone and wait for hours. Even called and waited on hold to talk to staff while going to hospital. Walked in while still on phone to find the staff talking to each other and ignoring the phone. Tried to reschedule my appointment only to sit waiting for someone o pick up for an hour.
He was Awesome with my 10yr old son! Was very kind and professional!!
After years of working with speciality clinics and other doctors I was referred by a friend to Dr. Oliveira. My pain and symptoms have been much more manageable with minimal prescriptions since being with Dr. Oliveira. He is friendly, empathetic, and I truly believe he has a passion for good mind and health himself and with his patients. The nurse staff is welcome friendly and always have a smile when greeting me. I'm surprised to see the other negative reviews I feel privileged to have met Dr. Oliveira.
I would never ever refer this doctor if that what you want to call him to anyone!!!! He is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen! He made me cry and the with arrogance he leaned back in his chair and said with a very ugly tone “now what’s your problem. What are you crying for!” He has absolutely no bed side manor what so ever and actually caused me for having RA. Like it was my fault that I got it.
