I had a very disappointing experience with Ana. I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance for an important upcoming event and drove over an hour to make it on time. When I arrived, she wasn’t there. I tried calling and messaging, but her phone was conveniently switched off, leaving me completely stranded. I waited for an entire hour before finally leaving.
