Do not recommend because of poor ethics. One of their licensed brokers verbally accepted my offer to purchase a home, delayed signing the purchase agreement because of a personal situation, and then the next day informed my agent that the seller preferred the idea of selling to another buyer because of who they were, and who I was not.
I hate to rip-off some local hospital’s advertising line. But, in this case, it fits. “Not all superheroes wear capes.” When it comes to Stacy Bruner, and the heroics he displays at his job, he should wear a cape. Can he leap tall buildings in a single bound? Probably not. He is more powerful than a locomotive? Ummmm, maybe. We are first time homeowners and we couldn't of asked for a better experience. Stacy (from Bruner Realty and Management) was helpful, patient (we saw A LOT of houses!), knowledgeable, and organized. We told him what we wanted and he made it happen. We had no idea what to expect but he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
