Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

My teenage daughter has been seeing Dr, Brune since she was 14 for acne problems, she is now 17. We are very frustrated & now looking for another Dermatologist because Dr. Brune has not been able to find anything to help her. It's always us calling saying "this just isn't working" so we go back to the office where you will sit @ least 15 min. past your apt. time, then be called back and sit 10-15 min more in room before she shows up & then seems in an awful hurry to get out. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
