I visited this service center; to my surprise, on a Friday evening, they accepted my request for the very next day—Saturday. The guys took up the job and helped me return the truck that same day at lunchtime.I was satisfied, as many Volvo service centers across various states are very poor at accommodating customers without an appointment on a typical day.
Great experience! Kelvin Williams nice gentleman helped me out with alternator. I fix my truck myself so i bought part but couldnt take pulley off the shaft. Kelvin said we can do it for you for free just bring it in when you take it off the truck what i exactly did. Now im good to go to pick my load up. Great attitudes and friendly faces while bending you over. Parts had to be ordered (not a big deal) then had to be re ordered and seemed like every time they had to reorder something the jacked my cost up even more I get having to pay for someone's services but when something has to be re ordered multiple times that shouldn't reflect on the customers bill. Will absolutely never come back here.
Simply put Sam C. Just sucks and not professional at all. Do better
