I have been dealing with the crew at Bruce’s for decades so it should not surprise me when I drop off a car-with no appointment- expecting a large repair and bill....turned out to be a very simple thing I was embarrassed I did not catch-just picked up car NO CHARGE Love the quality workmanship but it is the integrity that brings my back!!!

Well I had a bad experience with Elk grove Toyota on servicing my vehicle. After waiting over 2hrs I asked for my truck back and left without being serviced. Dennis hear of my ordeal and gave me a call. He took my truck in and serviced itinerary less than 2yrs plus offered to take me any where I needed to go. Very much appreciated �
