They were nice, responded quickly and completed the job within two days. We were very happy with them.
Wasn't very organized. Didn't treat the spots on the carpet very well. Traffic areas still looked dirty. In his defense the carpet is off-white but it usually looked better after other carpet cleaners got thru with it.
Job was satisfactory.
Bruce has worked for me 8-9 years, 28 rentals & my own home. He is EXCELLENT
