Went in for mental health issues and the female psychiatrist I see just talks about why I talk how I talk and what race I think I am.. what does my voice have anything to do with my mental health issues.. Im trying to file a formal complaint, never join the military kids!
As of 1 December 2025, I have been involved in a Terrible VA experience in the Prosthetic Department. Chief Fillinger is extremely unprofessional and has been shown to be hostile towards women veterans. Chief Fillinger over talks a veteran while describing concerns. Chief Fillinger will call you out of your name and then furthermore, he will disconnect the phone on you if he doesn’t get his way to discourage you or shut you down. Mismanagement at its best!
This hospital... Man its huge and I have to say it has been a while since wanting to visit here as a veteran. So what it has been is an appointment. I did a CT scan and had to visit the ER. Cathy is a doll. I appreciate her care, attention and taking care of me. I promised to take her dancing like she asked lol. But seriously it was cool. The hospital is preserved so very well. But it is still modern with the mobile AI robot copy/print/fax machines.
