My first review was taken down. * I will keep posting every time it is taken down* Veterans NEED TO KNOW. The treatment here is by far some of the worst in the entire VA system. Staff here have atittudes that are abysmal. 1. A fight broke out in the cafeteria between a veteran and a staff member with a badge. It is also filthy and never cleaned. I will repost pictures shortly. Keep trying to silence us veterans.
So my review is towards a specific nurse and unit icu unit a nurse called chabely tapanes she access patient info just to talk to my bf and see him at his appointments and get his information I believe that is a hipaa problem and very unprofessional they just let nurses take pics and send info with out doctors knowing and str8 to patients phones there is a reason patient should wait to see doctors about results careful with this nurse
Professionals all the way. I salute all the knowledgeable hard working and caring doctors,nurses, administrators and staff. All appointments, surgeries and ER care has been truly excellent. Thank you.
