Not worth even one star! Negative 5 stars wasn’t available or I would have selected it. Worst customer service (Kevin) I’ve encountered in a long, long time. They screwed up the brakes on my wife’s car then refused to fix it because they found a little bit of mouse shit under the hood. Of course they wouldn’t return our calls for days - we finally had to drive there (1/2 hour drive) to find out that they weren’t going to work on it. I bought my 2017 Altima from Olympia Nissan, had a totally enjoyable experience. The service department is always outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about all of the employees!
We bought a van a couple weeks ago and I cant believe how low stress and easy it was. If you want a no pressure sales experience this is the place. Customer service is also top notch
We had been looking at vehicles for days. Today we went to Bruce Titus and test drove a Nissan. While we ended up purchasing a different vehicle, the service there was exceptional. We worked with Michelle. I highly recommend you see her if you're looking for a new vehicle.
