RecommendedWe had BTAC come out to snake our pipes. Frank did a great job, was very thorough, and explained the whole process. We would definitely go with BTAC again for our plumbing needs, especially if they send Frank!
Luis was very professional as he diagnosed the problem with our unit. He worked quickly and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a unit repaired. He showed me the defective parts and did not pressure me to do additional work.
Frank did a great job of replacing our old hot water heater!!!
The repairmen arrived within the same afternoon of my call. They tested the spigot to reproduce the problem, then outlined several steps they might need to take to solve the problem. After getting a needed part, they repaired the spigot and had me okay the hole in the mortar and see the now working water pressure in the spigot. A very professional duo.

BTAC did a fantastic job! Randy Gattis was wonderful to work with. He was professional and knew what he was talking about. My husband and I were very comfortable buying our new unit from him. Nick and Isaac were extremely informative, friendly, accomidating, and clean. They did an awesome job installing our new unit. We are beyond happy with everything and will continue to use BTAC as well as recommend them to anyone who we can!
They have great people..Robbie, Oscar, Chris are very considerate of your problem... clean up when finished and let you know what they are doing to fix your problem...i will always ask for these guys to do my work...
They came out and helped tremendously- supervisor even came out to make sure I was doing okay with the bad news and husband out of country while having drain/foundation problems.
