Johnny service Tech handled our last call and did an outstanding job, especially considering it was the worst weather in years. So thankful for a great company. You won’t be disappointed. we called for an after hour technician today, Saturday July 11, 2020. your guy came out, look at the inside, looked at the outside and told my husband, "yeah, they all work hard when it gets above 95°. our unit is not blowing cold air at all. your guy also told my husband to put a zip tie on the vent that sucks the hot air into the unit, so it won't suck so much air.
