Luis was my service professional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. This was my first experience using BTAC, but it will most certainly not be my last. Luis took the time to explain the issues my unit was having and resolved the problem very quickly. BTAC is very fortunate to have this valuable asset on their team. RecommendedBTAC is the best. They always explain things thoroughly and it is fixed right. Johnny service Tech handled our last call and did an outstanding job, especially considering it was the worst weather in years. So thankful for a great company. You won’t be disappointed. Give them a call for yearly inspections also.
The technician was so knowledgeable and very personable and friendly Fixed the plumbing problem very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to call BTAC again!
