Received a referral to Pacific Podiatry requesting a shoe lift or insert to correct a shortness in my left leg. I received a highly overpriced pair of orthotics 90 days later after I made several inquiries. The orthotics are each the same height and do not resolve my issue in the least. I feel that Dr. Piner didn't listen to me and was only there to make $1,122.22 for the company. Very disappointed in the care and follow up I received.
WARNING: do not come here and see Dr Turagax I want to start off saying I don’t want to leave this review but I need to for the sake of other patients and accountability. I was seen today as a new patient with Dr Lalita Turaga for an ingrown toenail infection. She came in with NO MASK and didn’t introduce herself or tell me what she will be doing with my toe.
