I am strongly recommended Bruce. He was my agent for my first CA home. He knows the Bay Area extremely well. Without his suggestion, I wouldn't be able to purchase my current home at a reasonable price. He also has a lot of greatly valued vendors, such as water softeners, hardwood floor installation, and loan agents.

We both bought and sold houses in Mountain View with Bruce and Andy. They know the market really well, and we sold our home a week after our first open house, even during the downturn. Bruce really went the extra mile to investigate all the issues with our potential home purchases and got us a great price too. Will use them again!

I was very impressed by Bruce’s experience and knowledge around Bay Area real estate. That’s the reason why I used him as my buyer agent. However, for the house I was very interested in, Bruce convinced me not to bid for it. Bruce told me that he knows that seller agent’s style and I won’t get the house within my price range. (He was wrong). Bruce strongly encouraged me to settle for a house which just dropped the price significantly.
